No.112/2 as well as restoring the cart track for the usage of the general public, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2026 within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

The petitioner asserts that the fifth respondent had put up a compound wall in the petition mentioned survey numbers and thus, committed encroachment.

wall only in S.No.86/1 which is a patta land. It is categorically stated by the

official respondents that the fifth respondent had not committed any kind of encroachment. Written instructions have been issued to that effect by the Tahsildar, Palayamkottai.
