Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the

learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

The petitioner is an assignee. She alleges that her pathway rights

¶28

have been infringed on account of the acts committed by the owners of plot Nos.57, 58 and 59 in survey No.87/2.

We call upon the third respondent to look into the writ petitioner’s

grievance and if possible, redress the same. We are not inclined to give any direction regarding cancellation of patta. That is the matter which is left to
