This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.01.2026 and to direct the respondent to register the certified copy of judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.714/2010, on the file of the 1 st Additional District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli.

2 . With the consent of the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner presented the certified copy of the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.714 of 2010 on the file of the 1 st Additional District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli, for retardation but the same was refused by the respondent. In this regard, the petitioner has already given a representation to the respondents on 06.01.2026. Since the said representation remains unconsidered, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.

4 . Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the respondent in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5 . Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2026, within a period of four [4] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
