The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1^st respondents to grant permission to the Petitioner to cut down the trees in the Patta land of the Petitioner in S.No.953/2 situated in Vadakavunji village, Kodaikanal Taluk, Dindigul District by considering the undated application of the Petitioner.
