PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the eighth respondent vide proceedings NI/RG/26/SF/002, dated 10.04.2026 and to quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner with all monetary benefits for the suspension period.

In the light of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondents 1 to 4 as sought for and in case any such representation is submitted by the petitioner, the same shall be considered by the concerned respondent in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
