This Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission after dispensing with notice to the 2nd Respondent, recording the submission of the learned counsel for the Respondents that the enquiry had already commenced on 31.10.2025 and that appropriate orders will be passed after hearing the 2nd Respondent.

Recording the same, this Court directs the 1st Respondent to dispose of the representation dated 01.08.2025 submitted by the Petitioner, in accordance with law, after hearing the 2nd Respondent, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks from today.
