COMMON ORDER

The petitioners, working as an Assistant Salesman and Supervisor in a TASMAC shop, have been placed under suspension by order dated 21.07.2025. Challenging the same, the present writ petitions have been filed.

Today, when these writ petitions are taken up for hearing, the

learned Standing Counsel appearing for TASMAC, submits that the order of suspension has been revoked and the petitioners have been reinstated in service.
