The petitioner Management has filed this writ petition as against the order of deployment of the 6^th respondent to their school.

Today, when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submits that the petitioner Management has raised objections as against the order of deployment of the 6^th respondent, since they have appointed one A.Johnson in the existing vacancy. They have also filed another writ petition before this Court in W.P.(MD)No.25100 of 2024 as against the return of proposal made by them for approval of the appointment of

Johnson and this Court, by order dated 14.10.2025, disposed of the writ petition with certain directions as under:

“a) The respondents shall grant in-principle approval of the proposal sent by the petitioner for the appointment of the BT Assistant (Science) namely A.Johnson.

b) Such approval shall be subject to the orders to be made by the Hon'ble Apex Court.

¶31

c) On grant of approval, the petitioner would be entitled for the sanctioned salary from the date of this order and if the qualification is held in favour of the petitioner by the Hon'ble Apex Court, then the approval should revert back to the date of appointment of the said BT Assistant teacher and the arrears of salary from the date of appointment till the date of this order shall be paid

by the respondents, within a period of four (4) weeks of the order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court.”

In view of the same, nothing survives in this writ petition.

Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
