The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 20.03.2025 after issuing notice to the petitioner and the 4th respondent and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
