The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2^nd respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.12.2025 and 30.12.2025 within stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 08.12.2025 and 30.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
