Sagadevan @ Devadhasan, PID No.16913, CP No.3312, aged about 62 years, confined in Central Prison, Palayamkottai, under G.O(Ms) No.488 dated 15.11.2021 or G.O.(Ms) No.430 dated 11.08.2023, or Advisory Board proceedings under Rule 348 of the Tamil Nadu Prison Rules, 1993, within a time frame. Heard Mr.C.Muthusaravanan, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.A.Thiruvadikumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondents.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the representation seeking premature release has been rejected and the same has been communicated

to the petitioner. The order of the fourth respondent in No.3312/Thaku1/2026, dated 05.03.2026, was also placed before this Court.

In view of the above, no further orders can be passed in this petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is open to him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above liberty. No
