Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of a writ order or direction or any other writ in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the 1^st respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 04.02.2026 and consequently direct the 5^th respondent to transfer the petitioner’s son Sivakumar @ Vaalaipazha Sivakumar son of Govinthan aged about 42 years from the Vellore Prison to the nearest any other prison under the supremacy of 3^rd and 4^th respondent on humanitarian ground in the interest of justice.

The prayer in this Writ Petition is for a mandamus directing the Inspector

General of Prison/R1 to consider the representation of petitioner’s mother Sivakumar @ Valaipazha Sivakumar, son of Govinthan, presently confined in Vellore Prison to be transferred to Central Prison, Madurai or Central Prison, Trichy on humanitarian grounds.
