The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to

the respondents to grant No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA i.e., cross massage in the name and style of Keraliam Ayurvedic Beauty Spa and Massage centre at No.2/152F, Palghat Road, Zamin Muttur, Pollachi, Coimbatore District and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to disturb and interfere with the petitioners SPA, based upon the petitioner’s representation dated 12.03.2026.

2.The petitioner submitted a representation to the Superintendent of Police, Coimbatore District by post on 18.02.2026 seeking for issuance of No Objection Certificate. Thereafter no action has been taken. Hence, the present petition is filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that in this case, the petitioner’s ‘Keraliam

Ayurvedic & Beauty Spa’ is functioning within the jurisdiction of third respondent. The petitioner after sending representation through post not appeared before the third respondent and submitted any documents. After submission of the documents with regard to the tenancy certificate, fixation of CCTV camera and other particulars, appropriate decision would be taken.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is ready to appear before the third respondent police on 27.04.2026 along with supporting documents and give his explanation.

5.In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent police on 27.04.2026 along with supporting documents. Thereafter, the third respondent to cause an enquiry, if the petitioner satisfies all the conditions, thereafter issue No Objection Certificate. The said exercise to be completed within a period of two months from the date of submission of documents.

6.With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
