This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the second

respondent to conduct an enquiry on petitioners complaint dated 03.02.2026 in

accordance to the proceedings of the first respondent in C.No.781/COP/Visitors/2016.

2. On instruction, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side)

submitted that on receipt of the complaint on the file of the third respondent, it

has been transferred from EDF to Beta III, Chennai. Subsequently, an enquiry was conducted and the same was also closed.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition (Criminal) is closed.

¶34

However, the petitioners are at liberty to lodge a private complaint if so advised in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition (Criminal), is also closed.
