Though the Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed challenging the order passed by the 3rd respondent in C.3 No.7905/X/2022/C dated 29.12.2022, thereby rejecting the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking compensation of Rs.50 Lakhs for his illegal detention torture and prolonged custody of 3 ½ years in prison, subsequently, the petitioner submitted another representation dated 29.06.2024 before the 1 st respondent for taking action against the registration of fake cases and for compensation and it is pending without passing any order.
2. Therefore, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner restricts his prayer to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 29.06.2024 by the 1 st respondent.
3. In view of the above, the 1 st respondent is directed to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 29.06.2024 on merits

and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition (Criminal) is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
