The prayer is for a mandamus to consider of a representation dated 13.04.2026 where under she seeks grant of 60 days ordinary leave to his father, Settu @ Kamaraj S/o Adhikesavan, aged 49 years, who is the convict prisoner in Central Prison-1, Puzhal, Chennai. Though styled as ordinary leave, since the convict is incarceration for the last 21 years, we assume that what the petitioner means is grant of furlough.
