Since the petitioner’s representation before the prison authority seeking
for transfer of the prisoner, who is her husband, from the Central Prison, Palayamkottai to the Central Prison at Puzhal has been rejected by the third respondent vide the impugned order, the present writ petition has been filed.

prohibited offences. Considering the same, this Court does not find any perversity in the impugned order passed by the respondent prison authority and accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
