Heard on admission.

The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking a direction to respondents 5 and 6 to take appropriate legal action against the 7^th respondent for illegal/unauthorised construction of a building comprised in S.No.119/1C5, 119/1B, 120/3B2 situated at Pandian Nagar, P.N.Road, Tiruppur, Tiruppur District.

Learned counsel for respondents 4 to 6 submitted that a notice dated 2.2.2026 has been issued to the 7^th respondent by the Assistant Commissioner, Tiruppur Corporation to stop construction work and also called upon the 7^th respondent to submit the approved plan, if any.

Recording the statement made by learned counsel for respondents 4 to 6 that the respondent Corporation initiated proceedings against the 7^th respondent, the writ petition is closed allowing the respondent Corporation to pass a reasoned and speaking order and take necessary steps in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.
