This petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1

and 2 to verify the provident fund records in the name of Late Shri Narayanan Chettiar and release the employees fund accumulations and consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.10.225.

It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner's father was employed

in Saraswathi Mills Ltd and in Golden Hills Estates Pvt Ltd. Provident Fund

was duly made until 2003 and Form 23 reflects a closing balance of

Rs.7,59,348/-. The petitioner's father died in the year 2003 and no claim was made immediately. The petitioner submitted a representation on 15.10.2025 seeking for verification and settlement, however, no order is forthcoming. Hence, this writ petition.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without

going into the merits of the case directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.10.2025 and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
