This Writ Petition has been filed for the following reliefs:-

“directing the respondents to consider the representation dated

09.01.2026 of the petitioner to Grant approval of the proposal for appointment of PG Assistant, sent by the 5th Respondent School.”

The case of the petitioner is that he was appointed as a P.G. Assistant in LMC Higher Secondary School, Sirkali, by the Chairman, Secondary Education of the Tamil Evangelical Lutheran Church, vide appointment order dated 21.06.2024. Thereafter, on 29.10.2025, the Correspondent of the said School had sent a proposal to the 3rd respondent seeking approval of the petitioner’s appointment with effect from 24.06.2024.

While so, one Mr. S. David Arugraharaj had submitted an objection before the authorities and also approached this Court by filing W.P. No. 41723 of 2025. This Court, by order dated 07.11.2025, directed respondents 2 and 3 to consider the objection submitted by the said Mr. S. David Arugraharaj regarding the approval of the petitioner’s appointment, after hearing all the interested parties, within a period of twelve weeks.

After coming to know of the said order, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 09.01.2026 to respondents 1 to 3 seeking approval of the proposal for appointment to the post of P.G. Assistant sent by the 5th respondent School. However, till date, the same has not been considered. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel SGP appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.

Considering the limited request of the petitioner and taking note of the

fact that the petitioner’s representation dated 09.01.2026 has not been considered to date, the Writ Petition is allowed. The respondents 1 to 3 are directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner’s representation dated 09.01.2026 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
