ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue computerized patta in the name of the petitioner for the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner’s representation, dated 03.09.2025.

2. The petitioner claims that he is the absolute of the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. He seeks for issuance of computer patta in his name for the subject properties. He had given a representation on 03.09.2025 to the respondents for the said purpose. Since the same was not considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner’s

representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with Page No.2 of 4

law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 4 th respondent to pass

final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner’s representation, dated 03.09.2025 seeking for issuance of computer patta for the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition in the name of the petitioner, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from all the necessary parties, whom the 4 th respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No
