Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction, to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to carry out essential activities that are required for safeguarding the Mango Trees situated in Survey No.5/1 and 5/3, situated at Poovalai Village, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Thiruvallur District for the limited purpose of carrying out essential agricultural works, spraying of pesticides and safeguarding of the existing mango trees, without interference.
