This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to return the original sale deed registered under Document No.7536/2003 dated 20.10.2003 on the file of the SRO, Sembium to petitioner.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner as well as the respondents. Though the present writ petition is of the year 2022, the petitioner has not taken any steps to prosecute the case. Hence, this Court is not inclined to keep the matter pending.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

No costs.
