Prayer: This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records connected with the impugned order passed by the 5^th respondent vide her proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Aa8/2376/2025 dated 15.12.2025 and quash the same and consequently direct the 5^th respondent to extend the time limit for the petitioner to complete the construction works ongoing in the residential plots bearing Survey Nos.121/4B ,5,6, 7EI, 170/1, 2A, 3, 4A, 5 and 7 located at Agaramseegur Village, Veppur Panchayat Union.
