The petitioner proposed to participate in a tender called by the respondent. Her staff approached the respondents and requested them to issue a Site Visiting Certificate, which is necessary enclosure to participate in the tender. As the same has not been issued, the petitioner is before this Court.
2.When the matter was mentioned this morning, I informed Ms.Athiniveda, to serve papers on Mr.Ramesh. Mr.Ramesh has been instructed by the Superintendent Engineer, Special Project Department, Chennai, Greater Chennai Corporation that the corrigendum has been issued. The same is scanned and extracted hereunder:
