The petition has been filed to direct the respondents to remove the bust

sculpture of Dr.B.R.Ambedkar in Survey No.119, situated at No.4/22, Swaminathan Nagar, 9th Main Road, 2nd Cross Street, Ottivakkam, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai in pursuant of petitioner representation dated 09.12.2025.

Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the records.

Considering the limited relief now sought for by the learned

counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2025, taking into note the fact that originally the bust sculpture was situate within the school campus, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
