that the 1st respondent has already initiated proceedings with the 2nd respondent to reclassify and mutate the subject "Government Poramboke" lands in favour of the Tamil Nadu Housing Board. It is further submitted that the said mutation and reclassification proceedings are actively pending before the competent revenue authorities for formal approval. The learned Government Counsel assured that upon receipt of the necessary administrative approval from the competent authority, an individual Patta would be duly issued to the petitioner.
