The present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and to remove encroachments in Odai measuring about 5 feet in Survey No.98 / 8 G meant for carrying rainwater.

At this juncture, learned Special Government Pleader relying on the written instructions from the Tahsildar dated 16.02.2026, would submit that based upon the representation, they have conducted a survey and ultimately found that subject land is a patta land. Therefore, question of removal of encroachments does not arise.
