This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation, dated 11.06.2024, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

The petitioner has made representation, dated 11.06.2024 before the

respondents seeking regularization of service in the post of Sweeper as per G.O.Ms.No.95, Environment and Forest Department dated 07.08.2009 and G.O.Ms.No.202, Environment and Forest (FR-2) Department, dated 18.12.2013 with all consequential benefits. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice

on behalf of the respondents.

Though many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned

counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2024, as expeditiously as possible.
