This writ petition has been filed, seeking for a mandamus to direct the respondents to reclassify the petitioner’s property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition as “Ryotwari Manai” instead of “Anadheenam” and issue joint patta in the name of the petitioners for the said property within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

On receipt of the said supporting documents, the fifth respondent shall pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner’s request, seeking for reclassification of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition from “Anadheenam” to “Ryotwari Manai” after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioners within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
