This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representations dated 01.11.2025, 09.11.2025 and 17.11.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner claims that through an assignment, he has been put in possession of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioner seeks for issuance of patta in his name for the said property. The petitioner had given representations on 01.11.2025, 09.11.2025 and 17.11.2025 to respondents 2 and 3 requesting them to issue patta in his favour. Since the same have not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice would be caused to third respondent if the petitioner’s representations as stated supra, are considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners or any other

third party, if any, whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the

petitioner’s representations seeking for issuance of patta.

6.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third

¶30

respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representations seeking for issuance of patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners or any other third party, if any, whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
