This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 3 rd

respondent to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his online application, dated 12.11.2025, with the assistance of the 4 th respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner had submitted an application through on-line on

12.11.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.R.Venkatesa Perumal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice on behalf of the

4th respondent.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the 3 rd respondent is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner’s property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party as they deem fit within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:-

(a) Before surveying the lands in question, the 3^rd respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, if they deem fit to put on notice.

(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the 3 rd respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, with the assistance of the 4 th respondent, if required, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of

twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
