The present writ petition has been filed assailing the order of enquiry notice in Na.Ka.No. 2658/ 2020/ A1, dated 07.01.2026.

Any writ against the enquiry notice is not maintainable, unless such notice is issued by an incompetent authority. Apart from that, while looking at the enquiry notice, petitioner was directed to appear before the authority on 09.01.2026. Therefore, now we are in 05.02.2026. Therefore, the very prayer sought for becomes infructuous.
