This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to return the original documents pledged by the petitioner before the 1^st respondent in loan No.670, pursuant to the Credit Receipt dated 25.11.2008 along with adequate compensation for the delay based on the petitioner representation dated 07.02.2017, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

The case of the petitioner is the petitioner availed loan from the 1^st respondent Society by pledging the original documents of the petitioner's property. After settlement of the said loan, no due certificate was issued by the 1^st respondent. Despite repeated representations, the respondents failed to return to original documents pledged by the petitioner and hence, the present writ petition.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the materials on record.
