This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the representation dated 06.07.2024 within the stipulated time regarding the violation of provisions of PC & PNDT Act, 1994.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 06.07.2024, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and counter parties, if any, and to dispose of the same, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
