This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.06.2026.

Ms.Inthu Karunakaran, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on

behalf of the respondents.

By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed a representation dated 23.06.2026 before the respondent, for issuance of sale deed, pertaining to the subject property, in favour of the petitioner. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this petition.

In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner’s representation will be disposed of within a period of 3 months and hence, he requests this Court to pass appropriate orders.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of

the matter, this Court directs the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.06.2026 and after issuing notice and affording an opportunity of personal hearing to all the concerned parties, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
