This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 to 5 to issue

patta in favour of the petitioner for the correct extent of the land in respect of the property morefully described in the prayer to the Writ Petition.

The petitioner relies upon the proceedings of the 3^rd respondent dated 26.12.2024 and would submit that, as per the said proceedings, the 3^rd respondent has recommended issuance of patta for the correct extent of the land in favour of the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner submits that he is entitled to
