This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has

made a continuous representations dated 21.01.2026, 10.02.2026, 21.02.2026 and 23.03.2026 before the respondents seeking issuance of joint patta in favour of the petitioner along with other Flat owners of Balaji Apartment at No.AG 129, 7^th Main Road, Anna Nagar, Chennai 600 040, for the extent of 9317 sq.ft. as specified in the schedule to the Pucca Sale Deed dated 18.06.1986 executed by the 5^th respondent, ensuring absolute enjoyment by the petitioner of 540/9317 undivided share as specified in the B Schedule to the Sale Deed in Document No.3875/2017 dated 15.09.2017. However, the said representations was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.

Ms.Inthu Karunakaran, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 and submitted that the petitioner’s representations will be considered within a period of four weeks.

Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 21.01.2026, 10.02.2026, 21.02.2026 and 23.03.2026, after issuing due notice to the petitioner and other aggrieved parties if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
