Prayer : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and to conduct a separate and exclusive auction /selection process for the three reserved shops exclusively for eligible persons with Disabilities, after issuing a fresh and independent notification, incorporating reasonable accommodation measures, in accordance with the RPwD Act, 2016 and the relevant rules and Government Orders.

This matter has been listed under the caption ‘For Reporting Compliance’.

This Court on 23.01.2026, disposed of this Writ Petition by directing the respondents to conduct an auction for shop Nos.9,35 and 50 exclusively for the physically challenged person as an last item, in order to enable physically challenged person to participate in the same. I posted the matter ‘for Compliance’ today.

Today, when the matter is called, Mr.Hasan Fizal, states that the

aforesaid order has been complied with. He has produced instructions which
