Asserting that the lands of the petitioner were acquired without notice to the petitioner and without payment of compensation, the present writ petition has been filed seeking consideration of the representation dated 16.09.2025 for payment of compensation under Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act 30/2013).

Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice for all the respondents. He points out that the lands measuring 1.5 acres in Survey Nos.42, 44 and 45 at Othikadu Village belong to the Government and that the petitioner is not entitled to compensation.

On perusal of documents filed by the petitioner, there is no evidence at all of petitioner's title to the property concerned. The only documents filed by the petitioner are kist receipts. In these circumstances, the petitioner is not entitled to the relief claimed.
