The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had purchased the subject matter of the property and after obtaining planning permission constructed a house thereon. Subsequently, the 1s respondent withdrew the planning approval by the impugned order dated 28.01.2020. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.In view of the above, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the competent civil court for appropriate relief. If the petitioner succeeds in the civil suit, he shall be at liberty to approach the competent authority for approval of the building already constructed by him.
