This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 23.02.2026.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner

made a representation dated 23.02.2026 seeking cancellation of Patta Nos. 6202, 6273, 6274, 6275, 6276, and 6277 issued in respect of the Survey Nos. 1387/32-B, 1387/32B1, 1387/32B2, 1387/32B3, 1387/32B4 and 1387/32B5 in respect of the petitioner’s property situated at Plot Nos. 126, 127, 148 and 149

in VGP Ramanujar Town Part-II at No. 105, Bootheripandai Village (Sriperumbudur C Village), Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District comprised in Old Survey Nos. 1387/5B and 1387/5A and New Survey No. 1387/32-B to an extent of 9,600 sq. ft. of vacant land. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.

Ms.Inthu Karunakaran, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 23.02.2026 will be considered within a period of eight weeks.

Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 23.02.2026, after issuing due notice to the petitioner and other aggrieved persons, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
