The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to second respondent to consider petitioner’s representation letter dated 08.06.2026 in accordance with law and further direct second respondent to renew petitioner’s crackers manufacture license L.E.I.(No.98/2014-2015) in accordance with law.

At the outset, it was submitted by learned State Counsel for respondents that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition inasmuch as request for renewal stands rejected vide proceedings dated 25.06.2026.

In view thereof, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. It is open to petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 25.06.2026 in the manner known to law.
