The writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned e-Tender

¶21

Notice dated 13.01.2026 issued by the first respondent and consequently to conduct a fresh tender after issuing Site Visit Inspection Certificate to the petitioner.

The case of the petitioner is that despite the petitioner-company submitting an application before the second respondent for obtaining Site Visit Certificate, the second respondent is evading to issue the said certificate. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.
