This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 25.09.2025 to the petitioner and consequently direct the respondents to verify, identify and locate the petitioner’s land measuring 56 cents comprised in S.No.410/13A1, in Varadharajapuram Village, Kundrathur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, in accordance with the title deeds and thereafter, issued a revised patta and FMB and pass such other orders.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has purchased Acre 0.75 Cents in S.No.410/1, Varadharajapuram Village, Kundrathur Taluk, Kancheepuram District by way of Sale Deed dated 22.08.1990 in Doc.No.4348/1990 and also converted revenue records in his name. The petitioner has given 19 cents in S.No.410/1 and retained 56 cents and was given patta No.9202 for only Acre 0.33 cents out of the above said Acre 0.56 cents with sub divided survey No.410/13A1. The petitioner has filed an application before the 2^nd respondent dated 20.09.2025 for survey of the property and also sent a representation dated 25.09.2025 to the 1^st respondent to check, verify and locate our land measuring Acre 0.56 cents in S.No.430/13A1 as per the Title Deeds and issue a revenue Patta and FMB and since no action

was taken by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed the instant writ petition.

In reply, learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the application and representation of the petitioner will be disposed of by the first respondent within a period of twelve weeks.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Counsel for the respondents and also perused the materials on record.

In view of the above, this Court, without expressing anything on merits, directs the 1^st respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner’s representation dated 25.09.2025 after due notice to the petitioner and other interested parties and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
