Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation of this petitioner dated 22.05.2026 and direct the third respondent to register petitioner’s sale deed dated 29.12.2025 and in event the third respondent is reluctant to do so, as an alternative direct the third respondent to complete the registration process if all the procedural compliances are made and the necessary stamp duty as well as registration charges are paid, thereafter keep the registered sale deed pending with the registration office till the petitioner produces the set aside order to the previous registration obtained from the court of law and pass.
