With reference to the grievance advanced by the petitioner in the

present writ petition, the Block Development Officer, Elachipalayam, has addressed a letter to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thiruchengode, on 04.10.2024 stating that the obstructions caused in the Cart Track (Nilaviyal Paadhai) had been removed and now, the cart track is made available for public use, free from encroachments.

In view of the said report as well as the written instructions given to

the Government Pleader, the present writ petition deserves no further adjudication. Consequently, the writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
