The present writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action on the 4th respondent Bank to trace, produce and return all the original title deeds and documents pertaining to the property situated at Flat No.G4, Sownak Apts, No.49, New India Colony, 2nd Street, Puzhuthivakkam, Chennai 600 091, as listed in the written request dated 02.03.2026.

After submitting for a brief while, the learned counsel for petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be granted liberty to submit a representation/ application under the Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit an application/ representation under the Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021. If any such application/ representation is filed by
