The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has received a letter dated 08.07.2026 from the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. Learned counsel further submits that he has enclosed the said letter along with his letter dated 08.07.2026 to the Registrar(Judicial), High Court, seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition. Leaned counsel was also made an endorsement to that effect on the case bundle.
