PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing respondent Nos. 1 to 6 to destuff the cargo lying in the petitioner’s container bearing nos. GESU2657468, GEUS2552913, TTNU3556840, CRXU1157950 and DRYU2031810 without insisting for any charges or payment from the petitioner and permit them to take release of the said containers within a reasonable time frame.
